Johane P. Allard, MD, FRCP(C), Division Head

The Division of Gastroenterology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre consists of 5 full-time faculty members. The faculty provide consultative and endoscopic services. At the Sunnybrook campus both inpatient and outpatient care is provided, with areas of clinical expertise regarding inflammatory bowel disease, therapeutic endoscopy, viral hepatitis, and gastrointestinal cancer care (including colorectal cancer screening). The members of the Division participate in pioneering clinical research projects.
